Glendora K. (Whitaker) Baird

Glendora K. Baird, 45,.of 1617 Sunnymede Ave., died Thursday in St. Joseph's Hospital after a year's illness. She was born on July 19, 1922, in Chicago.

In December, 1947, in South Bend she was married to Donald R. Baird, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Gerald and Roger, both of South Bend; a daughter, Miss Linda Baird, of Bloomington, Ind.; two grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Barbara A. Weldy, of South Bend.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in the Orvis Funeral Home, where services will be held at 10 aim. Saturday with Rev. C. Emery Burton, assistant pastor of First Methodist Church, officiating, The body will be taken to Chicago for cremation.
