Richard P. Hazinski

Richard P. Hazinski, 57, of 930 E. Fox, died at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday in Memorial Hospital after suffering an apparent heart attack. He was retired from the south Bend Police Department and had worked for Brinks, Inc. Ile was born on April 25, 1923, in South Bend, and had lived  here all his life.

On Oct. 4, 1947, in South Bend, he married Gay Lehner, who survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Marie Kilanowski of Akron, Ohio, Miss Nancy Hazinski and Miss Patricia Hazinski, both of South Bend: a son, Michael of South Bend; three grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Mary !lodges of South Bend.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Matthew Cathedral. Most Rev. Joseph R. Crowley, bishop, will officiate. Burial will be in St_ Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today in the Zahoran Funeral Home. He was a World War II Army veteran and a member of the Fraternal Order of Police.
