SOUTH BEND - James Edward Gilroy, 83, of Scott Street, died Tuesday in Hospice House of SL Joseph County.

Survivors include his wife, Frances M. (Hindman); and five daughters, Patricia Reed of Granger, Kathleen Gilroy and Mary L. Parrish, both of Mishawaka, and Nancy Wiskotoni and Linda Gilroy, both of South Bend.

Services will be at 7 p.m. Thursday in Hickey Funeral Homes and Cremations Service, 17131 Cleveland Road, where friends may call from 4 p.m. until time of services.
