Roland Homer Kirkley

Roland H. Kirkley, 75, of Mobile, Ala., formerly of South Bend, died at 5:30 a.m. Sunday in the Mobile Infirmary after a brief illness. He was retired, having been branch manager of the Uni-Jax Supply Co. Born on Oct. 19, 1905, in South Bend, he lived here for several years before moving to Tulsa, Okla. His wife, the former Clara Irvin, survives, along with two sisters, Mrs. Treva Mester of New Mexico, and Mrs. Herma Howard of Jackson, Mich.; and two brothers, Herschel and Harold, both of South Bend.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Radney Funeral Home, Mobile. Burial will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Friends may call after 5 p.m. today in the funeral home.
