Alice M. (Driggs) McPharlin

Alice M. McPharlin, 78, of 206 E. Donmoyer Ave., died at 14:25 a.m. Thursday, Jul. 19, 1984, In Memorial Hospital. She was born on March 27, 1906, in South Bend and was a lifetime area resident. On Dec. 31, 1928, in South Bend, she married Lawrence A. McPharlin.

He survives with two daughters, Alice Jacquelyn Johnson of Muskegon, Mich., and Margery Jane Klarich of Glendale, Ariz.; five grandchildren; three sisters, Katherine Pnddy of South Bend, Mary Carlson of Dalton, Ill., and Betty Dutour of Blue Island, Ill.:. and four brothers, Harry S. Driggs of South Bend, Robert D. Driggs of Port Richey, Fla., Coe Driggs of Decatur, Mich., and Dick W. Driggs of New Port Richey, Fla.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Faith United Methodist Church, of which she was a member for over 50 years. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today in the Guisinger Colonial Chapel, and an hour prior to services Saturday in the church.
