Paul G. Lockey, 75. of 517 S. Ironwood, died at 7:40 a.m. today at St. Joseph's Hospital after an extended illness. He was a former musician in the South Bend area. He was born on Feb. 3. 1903, in Lake Twp.. Mich.. and he lived most of his life in the South Bend area. Surviving are a sister. Mrs. Marjorie VanderWerven of South Rend and a brother. John L. of Zephyrhills. Fla.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Hollis-Palmer Funeral Home. 253 Mishawaka. with Rev. Robert Seitz, pastor of the Evangel Heights United Methodist Church. officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park. Granger. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Lockey was a World War II army veteran and a member of the Cowboys Club of South Bend; the Loyal Order of the Moose, Lodge No. 58; the Fraternal Order of the Eagles; Aerie No. 435 and an associate member of the Fraternal Order of Police. No. 36. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
