Theodore Anthony Klosinski

Theodore A. Klosinski, 69, of 3124 S. Main St., died at 1:30 p.m. Monday in St. Joseph Hospital after an extended illness. He was a retired accountant for the Dallas and Mavis Forwarding Co. and was born Oct. 4, 1903, in South Bend, where he lived his entire life. On

Oct. 8, 1938 he married Mary Goepfrich in Muncie. She survives along with a son, Michael of West Lafayette, Ind.; two daughters, Miss Anne Klosinski of Chicago and Mrs. Robert Elli of South Bend; five grandchildren; a brother, Stanley T. of Concord, Calif.; and a sister, Dorothy Lewandowski, of Michigan City.

He was a member of the Notre Dame Club of St. Joe Valley, a parishioner of St. Matthew Cathedral, and a graduate of Central High School and the University of Notre Dame.
