Eugene Emerson Butterbaugh

BUTTERBAUGH, Eugene E., age 59, of 222 S. Brown School Rd., Vandalia, died suddenly Saturday morning in Vandalia. A member of Mack Memorial Church of the Brethren in Dayton. He was a sales representative for Field Education Publications, he attended Manchester College in Ind.

Survivors are his wife, Nancy L.; his mother, Mrs. Grace L. Christman of Goshen, Ind.; 3 daughters, Mrs. Patti Kyle. Bellbrook, ., Mrs. Caryl Sue Toth, of Columbus, OH., and Mrs. Nancy Liffick, Springboro, OH.; 1 son, Erick M., at home; 2 brothers, Galen and Wesley, both of Elkhart, Ind.; 5 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday 2 p.m. from the Morton Funeral Home in Vandalia, Rev. Ronald K. Morgan officiating. Interment in Polk Grove cemetery. The family will receive friends at Morton's Monday 3-5 and 7-9 p.m.
