Freda A. (Paulus) Struck
SOUTH BEND — Services for Freda A. Struck, 77, of 1640 E. Bowman St., who died at 3:50 a.m. Friday in St. Joseph's Medical Center, were held Monday at Warner Funeral Home, Osceola. Burial was in Osceola Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Matthew Cathedral. Mrs. Struck retired in 1970 as an inspector for Uniroyal Plastics Co. Inc., Mishawaka, after 19 years of employment.
She was born March 9, 1912, in Osceola and was a life-long area resident. On March 2, 1935, in South Bend, as Freda Paulus, she married Stanley Struck. He died in 1978.
She is survived by two daughters, Joanne Crawford of Granger and Judy Rutkowski of South Bend; three sons, Frank of Lakeville, Noel of Mishawaka and Edward of Ruchelle, Ill.; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was a member of St. Matthew Cathedral.
