SOUTH BEND - Services for Clarence R. "Bud" Hill, 80, of 514 E. Irvington Ave., who died at 3:42 p.m. Saturday in Memorial Hospital, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Guisinger Colonial Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will be in Southlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and one hour before services Wednesday at the funeral home, where Masonic memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association or Faith United Methodist Church.
Mr. Hill was a salesman at Gilbert's Men's Clothing Store for 43 years.
He was born Jan. 15, 1911, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident. On May 17, 1936, in South Bend, he married Florence Bare. She survives with two sons, Tommy L. of South Bend and Jimmy L. of Kappa Kauai, Hawaii; and five grandchildren.
He was a veteran of World War II, past master of Portage Masonic Lodge 675, and a member of Scottish Rite Valley of South Bend, Avalon Grotto, Orak Temple and Bendix American Legion Post 284
