Jack A. Reed

Jack A. Reed, 60, of Rexford Dr., died today in St, Joseph's Hospital after a six-month illness. He was an employee of the Bendix Corp. Born Sept. 22, 1910, in South Bend, he had lived here all of his life.

On May 29, 1948, he married Beverly Fothergill, who survives. Also surviving are a son, Tony, and a daughter, Susan, both of South Bend; a brother, George of Klinger Lake, Mich. and two sisters, Mrs. John M. Singler III of Palo Alto, Calif., and Jean Wolfe of MD.

He was a veteran of WW II. Contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
