Helen (Eulitz) Petretic

Mrs. Helen Petretic, 53, of 611 E. Angela Blvd., died at 7:33 p.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph's Hospital after an illness of two months. She was born on March 30, 1912, in South Bend.

On Oct. 29, 1934, In South Bend, she was married to Charles J. Petretic, who survives. Also surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur R. Eulltz of South Bend: a son, Charles Arthur, of Woodbury, Conn.; a daughter, Carol Ann, at home: a brother, Arthur Eulitz, of Detroit and two sisters, Mrs. Louis J. Hickey and Mrs. Marie Kelley, both of South Bend. Friends may call after 7p.m. today at the Walsh-Bilancio-Guisinger Colonial Chapel. 3718 S. Michigan St., where the rosary will be recited at 7:30 by members of the St. Joseph's Hospital Auxiliary and at 8 p.m.

Friday by members of the parish of Sacred Heart Catholic church. Rites will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Sacred Heart Church on the campus of the University of Notre Dame, Rev. Maurice E. Powers, C.S.C., assistant pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park.

Mrs. Petretic was a member of the Christ Child Society, the Assemblers, St. Joseph County Council for Retarded and St. Joseph's Hospital Auxiliary.
