Charles J. Dillman

SOUTH BEND Charles Jacob "Chuck" Dillman, 78, of Phelps, Wis., formerly of South Bend, died Saturday at Northwood Hospital, Phelps. Mr. Dillman was a retired commerical photographer. He was born June 5, 1912, in Dunkirk, Ind., and lived in Phelps since 1975, moving there from South Bend.

His wife, the former Ollie Jena, survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Sheila Held of Milwaukee; and a granddaughter.

He was a member of the South Bend Masonic and Elks lodges and Scottish Rite Valley of South Bend.

Services were to have been at 10 a.m. today at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Phelps. Cremation will take place. Friends may call a half-hour before services at the church.

Gaffney Funeral Home, Eagle River, Wis., is in charge of arrangements
