OSCEOLA — Irene W. Van Paemel, 87, of Pierce Street, died Tuesday in St. Paul's Retirement Community, South Bend.

Survivors include a son, Leon of Lafayette, Ind.; a sister, Gladys Ganser of Mishawaka; and a brother, Marion Rejer of South Bend.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in St Joseph Funeral Home, 8221 S. Mayflower Road, South Bend, where friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today.
