Catherine E. (Taube) Barrett

Mrs. Catherine Elizabeth Barrett, 518 East Pennsylvania Ave, was dead on arrival today, Feb 9, 1951, in Memorial Hospital, where she was taken in the city ambulance from her residence. She was ill two days. Born in South Bend Aug 6, 1914.. she was married as Catherine Taube on Mar 30, 1947, to Floyd T. Barrett, who survives. Also surviving are a son Thomas O., at home; her mother, Mrs. Fred O. Taub., and a brother, Kenneth F. Taube, both of South Bend.

Friends may call in the Welsheimer funeral home after 2 p. m. Saturday until funeral services there at 10:30 a. m.. Monday. Interment will be in the mausoleum in Highland cemetery. She was a member of St. Joseph chapter No. 569, Order of Eastern Star, and Schuyler Rebekah lodge No. 39. Independent Order of Odd Fellows.
