Graveside services for Dorothy Blay. 64, were yesterday in Indianapolis Hebrew Congregation Cemetery. Mrs. Blay. who died Sunday in Fountain View Place Retirement Center at Elkhart, was a member of Indianapolis Hebrew Congregation. She moved to Elkhart three years ago.

Survivors —daughter Regina Lowenhar; brothers Isadore. Samuel Swedarsky.
