BENNINGTON — Maxine A. Clark, 78, formerly of Castleton, N.Y., died June 27 in the Vermont Veterans Home. Mrs. Clark was raised in Indiana and had lived many years in the Albany Capital District before retiring to El Paso, Texas. She and her husband, Lawrence, were accomplished folk and square dancers and performed in many local exhibitions. There are no immediate survivors and arrangements were private. Contributions may be made to the Patient Activity Fund, Vermont Veterans Home, 325 North St., Bennington, Vt. 05201.
