South Bend - Roberta R. "Bobbie" Wray, 95, passed away on Monday, March 19th, in Memorial Hospital, South Bend, due to complications from dementia. Bobbie was born on July 7, 1916, in Bourbon, IN, to Victor D. and B. Ester (Scheuerman) Elick. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

On June 3, 1950, in south Bend, as the former Roberta Elick, she married Ernest J. Wray, who also preceded her in death on October 6, 1977. Surviving are her daughter, Vicki (Robert) Hart of South Bend; two grandchildren, Micgelle (Dean) Barnes and Dawn Myers; two step-grandchildren, Sara Hart and Megan Hart; five great-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Bobbie was a labor market analyst with the Indiana Unemployment office for 37 years. She grew up in the former Broadway E.U.B. Church, now known as Broadway Christian Parish. She was a former member of Ridgedale Presbyterian Church. Bobbie was a very loving and caring person. She will be missed by all.

Visitation is on Thursday, March 22nd, from 5 to 8 p.m. in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. Funeral services will be on Friday, March 23rd, at 1:30 p.m. in the funeral home, with Rev. Ben Norton officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Hahn Funeral Home to defray funeral expenses.
