A visitation is scheduled for Thursday, December 10, 2015 from 6-8 pm at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Services celebrating her life will be Friday, December 11, 2015 in the chapel of Memorial Oaks Funeral Home at 10:00 am with Pastor Scott Heitshusen officiating. Following services Phyllis's family will gather for a reception.
