John A Sotkiewicz

John A. Sotkiewicz, 67, of 517 N. Studebaker St., died at 2:15 p.m. Thursday in Memorial Hospital. Mr. Sotkiewicz retired from the former Dodge Manufacturing Co., Mishawaka, and the former Studebaker Corp. He was born Nov. 13, 1919, in South Bend.

On April 24, 1942, in South Bend, he married the former Elizabeth R. "Betty" Kovacs, who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Nancy Nowak, of South Bend; five grandchildren; and a sister, Henrietta Gnoth, of South Bend.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Mon-day in St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home, where the parish rosary will be said at 7 p.m. Mr. Sotkiewicz was a member of the church's Usher Club and a veteran of World War H. Memorial contributions may be made to the church remodeling fund.
