Martin Louis Jensen
Martin Louis Jensen, Sr., 81, passed away May 2, 2002, at Hospice House South. He was a 35 year resident of Ft. Myers Beach moving from South Bend, Indiana, where he retired from Kreamo Bakers as a Sales Supervisor. Martin was a WWII Army Veteran, a member of American Legion Post 274, and a charter member of VFW Post 10097, both at Ft Myers Beach.
Surviving are his wife of 54 years, Marliane; a son, Martin, Jr. (Melanie) of-Gainesville, FL; a daughter from a previous marriage, Marlene (Harry Palmer) of St. David, AZ; 8 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, May 10, 2002, at American Legion Post 274, Buttonwood Drive, Ft Myers Beach. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions In memory of Martin may be made to Hope Hospice, 9470 HealthPark Circle, Ft. Myers, Florida, 33908.
