Ronald Lee Stout

November 15, 1934 ~ May 20, 2013 (age 78) 78 Years Old

Ronald Lee Stout, 78, of South Bend, IN passed away Monday morning, May 20, 2013 in his home.  He was born on November 15, 1934 in Kokomo, IN to the late Elmer Earl and Mary Loma (Hannah) Stout.  He was united in marriage on June 15, 1985 in Lydick, IN to the former Floretta Dion Stout, who preceded him in death on August 29, 2010.

Mr. Stout is survived by his son, Ronald L. Stout II of TX; two stepdaughters, Janice (Larry) Lavine of Lexington, KY and Anne (Jim) Kimmerly of Lexington, KY; stepson, Steve R. (Cindy) Rajski of South Bend, IN; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; two sisters, Barbara (Marcel) Landuit of Granger, IN and Christine Cole of South Bend, IN and brother, Michael (Cathy) Stout of Arden, NC.

Mr. Stout was a long time resident.  He worked for River Bend Farms, a quarter horse farm, for ten years.  He retired in 2000 from Raco after twenty-three years of service.  He was a member of the Bowler's Country Club and enjoyed playing golf with his wife.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 24, 2013 at the Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan St. South Bend, IN.  Graveside services and burial will follow at Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend, IN.  Friends may visit with the family from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.
