JOSEPHINE M. (MARCINKOWSKI) HAUGER

SOUTH BEND - Josephine Marie Hauger, 74, South Bend, passed away May 15, 2009, at St. Vincent's Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born November 2, 1934, to Harry and Jennie Szczesny Marcinkowski, who have preceded her in death.

Josie graduated from South Bend Central High School, Class of 1952, and was employed with L.S. Ayres & Co.

Josie is survived by her loving children, Cynthia (Hauger) Lee, Pamela Sue Courtney (Rick) and Charles Hauger; three grandchildren, Katherine Lee, Richard Courtney and Colleen Courtney; sister, Joan Names (Burt), Henrietta Hancock, Rosemary Enyeart (Jack) and Marcyann Dippel (John).

One brother, Phillip Marcin, preceded her in death.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Final care and arrangements entrusted to Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel, Indianapolis, IN.
