Mary Clara (Ieraci) Young

Mary Clara Young, age 71, of Fort Myers, Florida died March 21, 2003. Mrs. was born in Wheeling, West Virginia. She moved here with her husband Richard in 1980 from Ohio.

Mrs. Young worked and retired from the Florida Dept. of Children and Families in 2000. She attended Indiana University at South Bend and worked for Studebaker Corporation. Mrs. Young is a member of Church of the Resurrection, Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW, and the Poetry Guild and was an accomplished poet.

Mary and her Loving husband Richard shared their 50th Wedding Anniversary on March 20, 2003.

She is survived by her loving husband Richard; sons, Mark A. (Sharon) Young of Naples, FL, Matthew R. (Annette) Young of Orlando, FL, Michael C. (Cathy) of Greenville, SC; daughters, Melissa V. (Julito) Enrique of Palm Harbor, FL, Susan J. (Kevin) Siwa of Sugarland, TX; mother, Josephine leraci of South Bend IN; brothers, Frank leraci of South Bend, IN, James leraci of South Bend, IN; sister, Rosemary Coomes of South Bend, IN; grandchildren, Shannon, Lindsay, and Ryan Young; Dayna, Kara Siwa; Ashley, Justin and Sydney Young; Mandl, Jennifer and Stephanie Young.

Her father Joseph leraci preceded Mrs. Young in death.

Mary's family, will receive friends Sunday, March 23, 2 to 5 PM at Kiser Funeral Home 9231 Cypress Lake Drive. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Church of the Resurrection on Monday, March 24, at 11:30 AM. Interment will be in Florida National Cemetery.
