Harry J. Jozwiak

Harry, 84, passed away at home on Monday, April 08, 2024 surrounded by his loving family.

Harry was born on September 02, 1939 in South Bend, to the late Alexander and Helen (Andrysiak) Jozwiak. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Maryann Herczog; and granddaughter, Tiphani. Left to cherish the memory of Harry is his loving wife of 63 years, Julie (Harlozinski) Jozwiak; along with their children, Brenda Fack, Karen (Mike) Treesh, Jennifer (Kevin) McDaniel, Rachel (Sean) Lang, Joellen (Rod) Seniff, Wayne (Joanne) Jozwiak, and Craig (Chalee) Jozwiak; 15 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

Harry retired from Tucker Freight Line in 1996. He sang and played the organ at St. Stanislaus Kostka Parish and was also a parishioner of the Cathedral of St. Matthews. Harry cherished his lifelong friendship with Julius DeCocq. He enjoyed Notre Dame Football, gardening, maintaining his yard, cowboy movies, and playing cards. Harry loved spending time with his family when they visited him at his home.

Visitation is TODAY, April 10, 2024, from 10AM-2PM, with a Funeral Ceremony beginning at 2PM at St. Joseph Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Condolences may be made at sjfh.net.
