Cecil John Morrison

Cecil John Morrison, age 77, of 1235 Lincoln Way West, passed away at 12:30 P.M. on Saturday, August 12, 1967, at Healthwin Hospital after a long illness.

He was formerly a professional beekeeper and worked for a local realty firm, before retiring in 1957.

He was born on April 24, 1890, in Mt. Pleasant (Isabella County), Michigan and had lived there since 1914.

He was a member of Trinity Grace Parish and taught many years ago at Central High School.

Friends may call after 7:00 P.M. today at the Welsheimer Funeral Home.

He is survived by his widow, the former Beulah Kellogg, along with a son, Richard H. Morrison, of Grand Rapids (Kent County), Michigan; his three daughters, Mrs. Louise O'Neill, of Sparks, Nevada, Mrs. Martha Wood, of Santa Ana, California and Mrs. Marilyn Scanlon, of Baltimore, Maryland; his nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild and three sisters, Mrs. C.G. Speers, of Largo, Florida, Mrs. Raymond Walmoth, of Birmingham, Michigan and Mrs. David Rathbun, of Battle Creek (Calhoun County), Michigan.

Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Grace Parish or the Shrine Crippled Children's Hospital.
