ROBERT H. VASOLI

Dr. ROBERT H. VASOLI, PhD, 80, of South Bend, IN, formerly of Phila., passed away on Monday, May 1, 2006. Robert graduated in 1942 from Central High School; Magna Cum Laude in 1952 from LaSalle College; and received both his MA 1953 and PhD 1964, from the University of Notre Dame. Dr. Vasoli retired in 1990 from the University of Notre Dame, after being employed from 1953-1990.

He is survived by 2 daughters, Maria and Theresa, both of Portland, OR; 2 sons, Anthony of Chicago, IL; Vincent of Rochester, MN; one grandson, Rocco of Rochester, MN; one sister, Joyce of Doylestown, PA; 2 brothers, Edward of Lower Gwynedd, PA; and Raymond of Norristown, PA.
