SYLVANIA, OH - Joseph M. “Bud” Angel, 90, of Sylvania, OH, formerly of South Bend, passed away September, 25. He graduated from South Bend Central in 1946 and Notre Dame in 1953. Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 am. Tuesday, Oct., 2, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Sylvania.
