Joann Grant (Reeder) Snider

Jo Ann G. Snider, 63, of 408 K Pokagon St., died at 7 p.m. Thursday in her home after an illness. Mrs. Snider was born May 28, 1922, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident.

In August 1953 in South Bend, she married Mike Snider. He died in February 1971. She is survived by a daughter, Mary E. Violette of South Bend; a son, Benjamin R. Violette of South Bend; and her mother, Madge Grant of South Bend.

Memorial services will be announced at a later date. Cremation will take place with burial in Fair-view Cemetery, Mishawaka. McGann Funeral Home, 2313 E. Edison Road, is in charge of arrangements.
