Loretta A. (Niedbalski) Fuson

Feb. 22, 1923 May 20, 1997 Loretta A. Fuson, 74, of Mishawaka, died at 2:10 p.m. Tuesday in her residence. She lived most of her life in Mishawaka and was a homemaker. Loretta was born on Feb. 22, 1923, in South Bend to William and Dorothy (Sczypski) Niedbalski, who both preceded her in death. Loretta married Jack K. Fuson in South Bend on June 29, 1946. He died Dec. 13, 1996.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda (Fuson) Penzenik of Mishawaka; a grandson, Brandon Penzenik of Mishawaka; and two great-grandchildren, Gregory Penzenik I| and Bethany Werge. Loretta is also survived by her sister, Evelyn Wells of Mesa, Ariz., and her brother, William D. Niedbalski of South Bend.

She was preceded in death by grandson, Bryan Penzenik in 1993.

She was member of Willow and Osceola Eastern Star a and Creek United Methodist Church was a volunteer for the American Red Cross and American Lung Association.

Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St., be at 1 p.m. Friday in Willow Mishawaka. Funeral services • will Creek United Methodist, conducted by Rev. Kent Biller. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Joseph County.

Loretta was greatly loved and will be missed by all whose lives she touched.
