St. Pete Beach TOPPING RONALD L., 76, of St. Pete Beach, died Thursday (Oct. 22, 1998), at Palms of Pasadena Hospital. Born in Selma, Iowa, he came here in 1958 from South Bend, Ind.
Locally, he was a retired purchasing manager for electronics for ECI. He also worked for EMR in Sarasota on the Gemini program. Earlier, he worked for McDonnell-Douglas Corp. in Titusville. He was an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II, serving in England and the European Theater.
He was a 32nd-degree Mason and a member of Scottish Rite Lodge 294, South Bend.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Irene E.; two daughters, Karen Niebryzdowski, Linesville, Pa., and Diane Topping, St. Petersburg; a brother, Maurice Topping, South Bend; and several nieces and nephews. David C. Gross Funeral Homes and Crematory, Central Avenue Chapel, St. Petersburg
