Margaret (Poehlman) Hendershott

SOUTH BEND Margaret Poehlman Hendershott, 76, of 1209 Hillerest Road, died at 3:55 p.m. Tuesday in Medco Center. Mrs. Hendershott retired from Marshall Music Co., Lansing, as an accountant. She was born June 1, 1915, in South Bend and returned here in 1987, coming from Stewart, Fla.

In Lansing, as Margaret Poehlman, she married Donald Hendershott. He died in 1985.

She is survived by a brother, Harry Poehlman of South Bend.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. Cremation will take place at Michiana Crematory. Burial will be Friday at Maple Grove Cemetery, Elk Rapids, Mich. Welsheimer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
