Robert B. Mossman

Robert B. Mossman, 71, of 4103 Winthrop Drive, died at 5:09 p.m. Thursday in St. Joseph Hospital, Mishawaka, following a truck accident.

He retired from Bendix Corp. in 1974 after 29 years of service. He was born April 9, 1913, in Lafayette, Ind. Mr. Mossman had lived here since 1928, coming from Indianapolis.

On May 26, 1939, he married Freda Anderson, who survives. He is also survived by a daughter, Carol S. Hawley of South Bend; a son, David L. of Elkhart; four grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy Kocis of South Bend and Ruth Nash of Fountain Hill, Ariz.; and three brothers, William and Jack, both of South Bend, and Edward of Pahrump, Nev.
