~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Auntie Edna and Uncle Harry are my aunt and uncle. Uncle Harry's real name is William Harris Boyer, and he was born in a house that my Grandfather built on L.L.W. They lived on the farm just east of Quince Road, on the south side. Across the road was the motel and just west of the motel was Ray Van Wynsbergh farm. The only thing left of Ray's farm is the windmill and the barn. He raised vegetables for the Farmer's Market in South Bend. Uncle Harry contracted Polio when a kid, and had two different sized feet, a 10 and a 12. He walked with a bad limp on his deformed leg. He was my mother's brother. Just thought I would let you know of Uncle Harry's real name. He played Santa Claus a lot for the kids at church. Thank you. Info provided by Marty Smith Wells
