Services for PAUL L. WATERS, 52, 4815 York avenue S., will be 9 a.m. Friday at Church of Christ the King with burial at Resurrection cemetery. Mr. Waters, a service engineer for Northwestern Bell Telephone Co., died Wednesday. Rosary will be said at 8 p.m today in Gill Brothers South chapel.

Survivors include his wife, Lee; two daughters, Mrs. H. J. Cummings, Elmwood Park, Chicago, and Judy Waters, Minneapolis; two brothers, three sisters and four grandchildren
