Lois Mae (Huber) Hager

SOUTH BEND - Lois H. Hager, 88, of Rue Flambeau, died at 5:28 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph's Medical Center. Mrs. Hager retired as a sales clerk from Milady Shop.
She was born March 27, 1904, in South Bend and was lifelong area resident.
On May 15, 1928, in South Bend, as Lois Huber, she married Donald Campbell Hager. He died in December 1953.
Surviving are two sons, Donald of Michigan City and Dan of San Mateo, Calif.; six grandchildren; six-great grandchildren; and a brother, Ray Huber of Fort Myers, Fla.
A son, David, preceded her in death.
Mrs. Hager was a former member of Memorial Hospital Ladies Auxiliary and Red Cross Motor Corps during World War II.
Memorial services will be at a later date. Cremation will take place at Michiana Crematory. Welsheimer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to any charity.
