Harold Eugene Herr

Jun. 9, 1883 - Feb. 16, 1955

Harold E. Herr, 424 N. Main Street, former director of Camp Darden and director of the Visual Aid Program for the St. Joseph County Tuberculosis League for approximately 13 years, died at 2:20 p.m. Tuesday in his residence after six week's illness.

On Oct. 17, 1906, he was married to Bertha Williams of South Bend, who survives. Surviving also are two sons, Richard E. of South Bend and Frederick W. of Grand Rapids, Mich.; five grandchildren; and a sister Mrs. Leslie G. Morehouse of South Bend.

Friends may call in the Russell Funeral Home where funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday with Rev. William P. Barnds, DD, pastor of St. James Episcopal Church, officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.:
