SOUTH BEND A memorial service for Bruce Edgar Reamer, 74, of Appletree Lane, who was found dead at 6:15 a.m. Sunday in his home of natural causes, will be at 11 a.m. Friday in St. Michael's and All Angels Episcopal Church. Cremation has taken place, with entombment in the church. There will be no visitation. Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521 N. William St., is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
Mr. Reamer was a retired insurance broker. He was born Oct. 1, 1920, in Wakarusa.
On June 24, 1944, in Bangalore, India, he married Daphne-Granger-Brown. She survives with a daughter, Victoria Tiffany of Hollywood, Calif.; two sons, David B. of Simi Valley, Calif., and Hugh G. of Hamilton, Ind.; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a brother, Victor A. of South Bend.
He was a member of the church and was the church's first vestory treasurer. He was an Army Air Corps veteran. He was a graduate of Worsham College of Mortuary Science in Chicago. He was a former member of the Elks and Masonic lodges.
