Louise Gertrude (Plott) Mutzl

Louise G. Mutzl, 55, of 51327 Ironwood died at 5:10 p.m. Friday in Memorial Hospital after a five-month illness.

Born on Oct. 23, 1920, in Remington, she had lived here 53 years, coming from Remington.

On Sept. 14, 1940, in South Bend, she married Otto Mutzl, who survives. Also surviving are her father, W.E. Plott of Niles; her mother, Mrs. Cresence Plott of South Bend; a daughter, Mrs. David Moore of Bremen; a son, Robert of Lewisville, N.C.; four grandchildren; and two brothers, Oscar Plott of Decatur, Mich., and Joseph Plott of Niles.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the Welsheimer North Chapel, 52803 U.S. 31 N. Rev. Stephen Cvaniga, pastor of St. Bavo Catholic Church, Mishawaka, will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
