Thelbert (Bill) Lee

Thelbert (Bill) Lee, aged 24, of 827 South Rush street, died at 5 a. m. today in his residence after one day's illness resulting from a brain tumor.

He was born in Greenville, Ky., Dec. 23, 1918, and came here 15 years ago from Fort Branch, Ind. He was a shipping clerk for the Sibley Machine & Tool company.

Surviving are his father, Elgan Lee, of Wakarusa, Ind.; his mother, Mrs. Eunice Lee, of South Bend, and two brothers, Ervin Junial Lee, and Charles Earl Lee, both of South Bend.

Friends will be received in the L. H. Orvis funeral home Wednesday and until the funeral there at 2 p. m. Thursday. Rev. Ray Bird, of the South Bend City Rescue Mission, will officiate. Burial will be in Riverview cemetery
