He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Margaret "Meg" Reintjes Kish.

He is survived by his daughters, Bernadette Kish and Rita Elizabeth Kish (Jeff) Bond; granddaughters, Emily (Jamie) Bond Cox and Sarah (Nick) Bond Clarkson; and great grandsons, Dean and Logan Clarkson.
