CHESTER B. HEBER, 69, 235 Hacienda Village, Winter Springs, died Tuesday. Born in Mecca, Ind., he moved to Winter Springs from South Bend, Ind., in 1974. He was a retired food service worker at Oviedo High School. He was a Methodist.

He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Winter Park Elks Club.

Survivors: wife, Thelma; sons, Dale E., Miramar, Craig A., Orlando; daughter, Linda Harman, San Jose, Calif.; sister, Lois Adams, Orlando; three grandchildren.

Garden Chapel Home for Funerals, Longwood.
