Gerald E. Cosgrove

SOUTH BEND - Gerald E. Cosgrove, 72, of Lakeside, Calif., formerly of 202 E. Angela Blvd., died Aug. 20 in his home. Mr. Cosgrove was the manager of Silverwood Wildlife Sanctuary, Lakeside. He was born July 13, 1920, in Dubuque, Iowa.

His third wife, Jacqueline Cosgrove of Lakeside, survives. Also surviving are four daughters, Nancy Smith of Missouri, Mary Keysa of New York, Judy Cosgrove of Oakridge, Tenn., and Christine Oldfield of Lakeside; three sons, David of Cleveland, John of Oakridge, and Paul of Missouri;  seven grandchildren; a sister, Lynn Asher of Franklin, N.C.;, and a brother, Robert E. of Chicago.

He was a veteran of World II.

Memorial services will be held Saturday in Saint Mary's Catholic Church, Oakridge. Cremation has taken place. San Diego Cremation Services is in' charge of arrangements.
