Barbara L. (Blech) Zeiler
Services for Barbara L. Zeiler, of 14350 Harrison Road, who died about 3:20 p.m. Saturday in Memorial Hospital, South Bend, after an illness, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Thallemer-Goethals Funeral Home. Burial will 'be in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Mrs.
Zeiler was a partner with her husband in Zeiler Manufacturing, Mishawaka. She was born Oct. 11, 1920, in Walton, Ind., and spent most of her life in the area.
On Oct. 3, 1940, in Holy Cross Church, South Bend, as Barbara Blech, she married Alfred H. Zeiler Sr. He survives with two daughters, Patricia Ann Kline of Osceola and Barbara Lymangrover of Niles; a son, Frederick B. Zeiler of Osceola; eight grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and two sisters, Gene Martin of South Bend and Betty Blech of Bremen.
A son, Alfred H. Zeiler Jr., died Feb. 25, 1986.
Mrs. Zeiler was a member of St. Paul's Memorial United Methodist Church in South Bend. She was a member and past officer of the German Beneficial -Union of Pittsburgh.
Memorial contributions may be made to the oncology unit at Memorial Hospital, South Bend
