Betty C. (Babcock) Renforth

Betty C. Renforth, 65, of 1301 N. Michigan St., died Thursday morning in her home. She was a registered nurse, retiring in November 1985, from the Cardinal Nursing Home.

She was born Nov. 16, 1920, in South Bend. Surviving are a daughter, Sharon Renforth of Gary, Ind.; a son, William E. Renforth of Miami, Fla.; two sisters, Shirley Chapin of Grosse Pointe, Mich., and Nancy Clements of South Bend; and two brothers, Robert J. Babcock of South Bend and Vernon R.

Babcock of Wilmington, Del.

A brother, Eldon, preceded her in death.

There will be no services or visitation. Cremation took place at the Michiana Crematory. Welsheimer Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements

Mrs. Renforth was a Navy veteran of World War II.
