George Francis Wolfe Sr
GEORGE F. WOLFE, 32, and his son, George Jr., 8, South Bend, were killed on Ohio 2, three miles west of Delta, O. Wolfe's wife, Margaret, 31, and their daughter, Barbara, 7, were injured. Mrs. Wolfe was in critical condition. Barbara's condition was not serious. The Wolfe's were on their way to Cleveland to spend Christmas with relatives.
Wolfe, a master mechanic, was born in South Bend Feb. 3. 1920. and lived all his life here. He was married in 1941 in South Bend. Also surviving are four brothers. Clement C.. and Charles D.. both of South Bend: Jack J.. of San Diego. Calif.. and James R.. a student at Indiana University. Bloomington: two sisters. Mrs. Floyd Hajara and Miss Shirley Wolfe, both of South Bend. and his father. Jacob D. Wolfe. South Bend. He was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church.
