Elizabeth Jane (Wheeler) Dick

Elizabeth (Betty) Jane Dick, 59, of 425 LaMonte Terrace, died at 3:30 a.m. Sunday in Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was employed by Team International as a researcher and typist. Mrs. Dick was born on Oct. 7, 1919, in South Bend and lived here all her life.

On Oct. 27, 1951, she married William Dick in South Bend. He survives with a son, David J. Hume III of South Bend; four grandchildren and an aunt, Mrs. Kathryn Burner of South Bend.

There will be no visiting hours. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in the Welsheimer Funeral Home, 521. N. William. Rev. John Wilson, C.S.C., of the University of Notre Dame, will officiate. Cremation will be in Riverview Crematory. Memorial contributions may be made to Phoenix House, P.O. Box 1222, where Mrs. Dick was a former director
