Robert W. Walsh. 58, of 3104 Rexford, died at 11:45 a.m. Saturday in St. Joseph Hospital after suffering an apparent heart attack. He was a draftsman and estimator for Deluxe Sheet Metal, Inc. He was born on Sept. 6, 1919, in South Bend.

On Nov. 28, 1942, in South Bend, he married Geraldine Birdsell Parker, who survives. Also surviving are his parents, Michael and Josephine Walsh of South Bend; two sons. Robert W. Jr. of South Bend and Michael C. of Tucson, Ariz.; three grandchildren; four sisters, Ethly Walsh and Elsie Walsh, both of South Bend, Mrs. Lillian Richardson of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Mrs. Hazel Knisley of South Bend.

Services tentatively have been scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Hickey Funeral home, 3516 E. Jefferson. Burial is to be in the Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.

He was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Union 303. Contributions may be made to the Riley Children's Hospital, in care of the Hematology Clinic, Indianapolis
