MISHAWAKA - Services for Pansy J. Oswalt Galloway, 70, 56700 Oakside Ave., who died at 7:52 a.m. Thursday in Memorial Hospital, South Bend, will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Bubb Funeral Chapel Downtown, 202 N. Main St. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.

Mrs. Galloway retired in 1970, from Uniroyal Plastics Co. Inc. after 27 years of service. She was born Nov. 7, 1919, in South Bend and was a lifelong area resident.

In 1938, as Pansy J. Stafford, in South Bend, she married Frank Oswalt. He died April 27, 1965. In 1970, in South Bend, she married Edwin J. Galloway. He died March 6, 1986.

She is survived by two stepdaughters, JoeAnn "Tony" Wise of Osceola and Kay Carter of South Bend; three sons, Jerry D. Oswalt Sr.

of LaPorte, Richard P. .Oswalt of Mishawaka and Leroy K. Oswalt of Cassopolis; a stepson, Don E.J. of Osceola; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; a sister, Doris Ledyga of South Bend; and two brothers, Robert J. Stafford of Melbourne, Fla., and James W. Stafford of Osceola
