Francis Earl, aged 22, of 812 East Madison street, died in his home at 2:45 p. m. Tuesday after five' years' illness. He was born here on Aug. 7, 1918, and lived all his life in South Bend. Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas A. Earl. and two sisters, Miss Irma Earl and Miss Betty Lou Earl, both at home.
He was a member of the Holy Name Society of St. Joseph Roman Catholic church.
Friends will be received in the residence tonight and until the funeral at 9 a.m. Friday in St. Joseph church. Rev. Wendell P. Corcoran. C., and pastor, will sing the requiem mass and burial will be the in Cedar Grove cemetery.
